  • You’re not ready to do deep work with yourself or feel a wide range of emotions

I trust that you already have all the wisdom you need: the answers to everything you seek are truly within. 

 
As your guide, I’ll help you to get present and bring awareness to what’s holding you back, so we can create new possibilities together. We’ll use mindfulness and somatics (body awareness), among other coaching and spiritual tools, to address the challenges you're facing.

From the nervous system and trauma-informed approaches, to strategic exploration and accountability, to Buddhist principles and chakras—I bring a unique triad of training and experience in integrative life coaching, the Hakomi Method (mindful somatic psychology), and spiritual practices to support you. My work is bound by my deep passion for seeing you embody your full potential (because I already know it's huge). 

Pay-what-supports-you pricing

I have tiered, class-equitable pricing that’s aligned with my values of fairness and community. My model is inspired by the Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning. Find which price suits you best:


$200/session

  • For those with financial security, personal savings, or access to financial resources, as well if you have economic privilege and power in the world.

  • By choosing this tier, you’re “paying it forward” and helping to subsidize coaching for those with fewer resources.  

 

 

 


$175/session

  • For those working on building savings or paying off debt but with a steady income. This tier might mean cutting back on some discretionary spending, but the sacrifice is short-term.

  •  If you can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those resources before you use the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others.

 

$150/session

  • For those living paycheck to paycheck or with significant debt, who can still save up for coaching but need more time to do so.

  • Extended payment plans are also available to ensure that coaching is accessible.

 

You being honest about your financial situation helps me to grow a healthy and sustainable community, and respects my work. 

I work with clients 2, 3, or 4 times per month.
